The Arizona Biltmore has been an Arizona landmark since it's opening on February 23rd, 1929 when it was crowned "The Jewel of the Desert." The Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa is situated 15 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The 1930's style lamps bring a western flair to the decor. The spa is one of the best in the world and is visited by some of the most prestigious dignitaries in the world. The Arizona Biltmore Resort has a sports pool for water volleyball and basketball and the Paradise Pool, consisting of three pools and a 92-foot water slide. Shops, most notably the Lilly Pulitzer Often mentioned menu items are the filet mignon Roquefort and the chocolate dessert soufflés.
The Arizona Biltmore Resort has spacious guest rooms decorated with wood and leather Mission- style furnishings and sand, beige, and ivory-colored fabrics. Most rooms have balconies or patios opening onto the manicured gardens, golf course, or pools. Some have views of Squaw Peak or the city. Bathrooms have double vanities and marble baths. Bathrobes and the Biltmore's distinctive spa lotions and soaps are provided. Complimentary high-speed Internet access is available.
